This is an oil portrait of Christ in profile, His face lifted in prayer toward heaven. Inspired by John 17:1-4, I tried to depict the powerful humble moment where Christ prays to the Father and demonstrates the faith to go forward to fulfill the final act of His great eternal mission on earth.
